Tamara Mon Louis grew up in Belmont, Port of Spain, Trinidad — where her father's influence instilled something that would define her entire career: a habit of thinking critically and observing everything. Those instincts followed her to Rutgers University, then to New York University, then into the corporate marketing world.

Over two decades, Tamara built digital strategies for some of the most recognizable brands in the world — Hilton Worldwide, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Pearson Education, and TravelClick. She held titles from digital strategist to Senior Project Manager to Executive Director of Digital Strategy. She learned how enterprise marketing really works: the systems, the metrics, the decisions that move revenue.
